  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is successfully confirmed (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Custom or Personalized Orders: These may require additional processing time based on the item’s complexity.
  • We will notify you via email or SMS once your order is ready for dispatch.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

We offer multiple shipping options to ensure you receive your order in a timely manner:

Domestic (Within India)
  • Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2–4 business days (selected PIN codes only)
  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier partner performance.
International Shipping (if applicable)
  • Delivery times vary by country. Estimated timelines will be displayed at checkout or communicated via email.

Note: Delivery time begins once the order is handed over to the courier partner, not from the time of purchase.

4. Shipping Charges

  • We will not be responsible for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

8. Failed Deliveries / Uncollected Packages

If the courier partner attempts delivery but is unable to complete it (e.g., uncollected parcel at local post/courier office):

  • The package may be returned to our warehouse.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, taxes, or import fees.
