Product Exchange & Return Policy

At House Of Nappa, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may be eligible to request an exchange or return in accordance with the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

You may request a return or exchange only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The request is made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition with all tags, packaging, accessories and gifts included.
  • The item is not marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
  • Customised or personalised products are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Any item that does not satisfy these conditions will not be accepted for return or exchange.

2. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are received damaged or defective:

  • Products that have been altered, worn, washed or damaged after delivery.
  • Items returned without original tags, labels or packaging.
  • Products sold under ** final sales, clearance, discounted or promotional categories**.
  • Personalised or bespoke products (unless faulty or incorrect).
  • Gifts, gift cards or accessories are not eligible for exchange unless part of the main order.
3. Exchange Policy
  • Exchanges are permitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • You may exchange the item for the same style in a different size or similar product, subject to availability.
  • If you choose a replacement that is priced lower, the price difference will be credited as store credit.
  • For exchanges on wrong or defective products, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery for priority handling.
4. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

  • Visit our Returns Portal or contact our Support Team.
  • Enter your Order ID, contact details and reason for return/exchange.
  • Submit required photos or videos (if requested) to support quality issues.
  • Once approved, we will guide you through the process and schedule a reverse pick-up or drop-off.

Requests submitted after the allowed period will not be accepted.

5. Refund Policy
  • Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds for eligible orders will be made to the original source of payment within 7–14 business days of receipt and verification.
  • Please note that shipping charges, COD fees, or gift packaging charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited directly to the original payment account used at checkout.
6. Shipping & Handling Costs
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect, damage or incorrect item delivered.
  • For exchange orders, original shipping charges may not be refundable.
  • Customers may be required to pay for outbound shipping for replacement items if applicable.
7. Quality Inspection & Rejection of Returns

Each returned or exchanged item undergoes a quality inspection:

  • If an item fails our quality check (used, damaged, or does not meet our policy terms), your return/exchange request may be rejected.
  • In the case of rejection, the product will be returned to you at your shipping expense.
